Artwork is acceptable in the form of transparencies, prints, digital images on CD, or on Macintosh formatted disks created in Quark-Xpress, Photoshop or Illustrator applications. When supplying documents in native formats (ie. Quark, Illustrator) it is necessary to supply ALL images, graphics, etc and fonts all with the document. Digital images should be in CMYK colour mode and have a minimum resolution of 300dpi at actual size for Hi-resolution output. PDF files must be createdin Press Mode to ensure highest resolution with all fonts embeded.


CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
The closing date for space bookings and copy is 12 weeks preceding the 1st of the month of publication. Cancellations cannot be accepted after this deadline. Payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice. 10% agency commission is allowed on general rates. Responsibility cannot be accepted by the publisher or the editor for information contained in advertisements which may be ambiguous, misleading or incorrect.
